Mrs. Hilda Averitte Page, 77

STEDMAN Mrs. Hilda Averitte Page, 77, of 7486 Clinton Rd. passed away Friday, May 14 at Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center in Fayetteville. She retired from Cumberland County Head Start where she served as director for many years. She was a native of Cumberland County, the daughter of the late James A. Averitte and Hilma Simmons Averitte. She was also predeceased by her husband of 23 years, William R. Page and a brother, James A. Averitte, Jr. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, May 16, at Lafayette Memorial Park with Rev. Tom Hayes officiating. Mrs. Page is survived by four daughters, Sharon Standridge of Winder, GA, Linda Goins of Johns Creek, GA, Patsy Smith of Fayetteville and Cyndi Beasley of Parkton; five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M., Saturday, May 15 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.VISITATION Saturday, May 15 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
