Mr. Hilbourne Hoover Autry, 78

STEDMAN Mr. Hilbourne Hoover Autry, 78, of 134 Autry Road, Stedman, passed away Sunday, Sept. 24, 2006 at Bethesda Health Care Facility. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2006 at 3:00 PM at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Randal Strickland officiating. Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street, Fayetteville. Mr. Autry was a native of Sampson County and the son of the late Perry G. and Hettie E. Honeycutt Autry. He was preceded in death by his brother, J.C. Autry and a sister, Berline Hubbard. Mr. Autry is survived by: wife, Mable Edge Autry, of the home; two daughters, Barbara Blackwell and husband Clyde and Kathy Harless and husband Larry, both of Stedman; brother, Bruce Autry, of Stedman; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7 till 9 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
