Mr. Herman Eugene Moore, 73

Mr. Herman Eugene Moore, 73 of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, November 14 at Sapona Road Church of God, 1315 Sapona Road, Fayetteville, with Reverend Tim Gore and Reverend Floyd Turlington officiating. Interment will follow at Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Wade.

Mr. Moore was born April 18, 1942 in Harnett County and was a retired Carpenter. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Lula Hall Moore; son, Timothy Moore; brothers, Hughy Moore, Bernice "Teenie" Moore; and sisters, Virginia Norris, Doris Coward.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Moore of the home; children, Pamela Sinclair and husband Steve of Hope Mills, Tim Hinson and wife Jackie of Virginia, Richard Hinson of Virginia, Christy Hinson of Fayetteville, David Moore and wife Michelle of Fayetteville; 25 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 12:30 to 1:45 pm Saturday, November 14 at Sapona Road Church of God, Fayetteville.
