Mr. Herbie Lenwood Faircloth, 73

AUTRYVILLE

Mr. Herbie Lenwood Faircloth, 73 of 3069 South River Road, Autryville, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at his home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 27, at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, with Reverend Arthur Horne and Reverend Andy Wood officiating. Burial will follow at George Horne Cemetery.

Born August 1, 1944 in Sampson County, he was the son of the late William Haywood Faircloth and Marie Hall Faircloth. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; step-mother, Barbara Faircloth; and brother, Harvey Faircloth. He worked as a baggage express Supervisor for Trailways and Grey Hound.

He is survived by his wife, Ada Fisher Faircloth of the home; his daughter, Lynn and husband, Greg Sessoms of Roseboro; and two grandchildren, Tyler Sessoms and Codie Sessoms.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, January 26, at Butler Funeral Home and other times at his home.
