Mr. Henry Meeshack Spell, 88

Mr. Henry Meeshack Spell, 88, of 1426 Five Bridge Road, Clinton, passed away Sunday, Sept. 10, 2006 at Bethesda Health Care Facilty in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Zoar Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. W.O. Reiber officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Mr. Spell was a native of Sampson County, the son of the late James Lonnie and Anna Royal Spell. He was a corrections officer with the North Carolina Department of Corrections before retiring. Mr. Spell is survived by: daughter, Dean Tew, of Fayetteville; son, Henry Spell, of Fayetteville; brother, Pittman Spell, of Salemburg; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family will recieve friends Monday night, Sept. 11, 2006 from 7 till 9 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
