Mrs. Helen Sue Hobbs, 65

ROSEBORO

Mrs. Helen Sue Hobbs, 65 of 14592 NC Hwy. 210 S., Roseboro, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at her home.

The funeral will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, March 8, at Peters Creek Baptist Church, 13176 Peters Creek Church Road, Roseboro, with Reverend Dr. David Bays and Reverend Jason Whitfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Born June 6, 1952 in Cumberland County, she was the daughter of William Earl and Alice Retha Hall Faircloth. She was preceded in death by her mother; and brother, Billy Faircloth. She worked as a Salesperson with DuBose Steel.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Hobbs; sons, Kevin Hobbs, Shane and wife, Kim Hobbs and Shawn Hobbs all of Roseboro; grandchildren, Jeremy Hobbs, II, Danny Gregory, II, Heather and husband, Lewis Hardin, Lily Melvin and Zeb Melvin; great grandchildren, Mikenzie Hardin, Maycie Hardin and Judah Hardin; her father, Earl Faircloth of Roseboro; and brother, Johnny and wife, Teresa Faircloth of Roseboro.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm Wednesday, March 7, at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, and other times at the home.
