Mrs. Helen Elaine Hightower, 91 formerly of Ellenton, Florida, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018 at Village Green in Fayetteville.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00pm Monday, September 10, 2018 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be 10:00 AM Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton, FL.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Pietro Donushi & Artemesia Thomas Donushi; husband, James T. Hightower, Jr.; sister, Martha Lutz; brother, Anthony Donushi; and God child, Tina Lutz.

She is survived by her sons, Terrance Hightower & wife, Lonna and Russell Hightower & wife, Sandra; grandsons, Jeremy, Bryan, Cody & Derek; 5 great grandchildren; special nieces and nephews, Cindy, Jimmy, Debbie, Brian, Mark, Phillip and Sandy.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:00pm Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Helen's name to Bethel Colony of Mercy, 1675 Bethel Colony Road, Lenoir, NC 28645.
