ROSEBORO Mrs. Hazelene Lee Strickland Adams, 74 of 1631 Butler Island Road, died on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Glen Morgan officiating. Mrs. Adams was born on November 17, 1937 in Harnett County to the late Jesse Eston and Pauline Norris Lee. She worked as a Health Care Sitter with Home Health. She is survived by: one daughter, Patricia Lucas and husband, Johnnie of Roseboro; three sons, Robert Lee Strickland and wife, Beverly of Roseboro, Carl Junior Strickland and friend, Dianna and Ricky Loyd Strickland and friend, Sylvia all of Clinton; three sisters, Ruth West and Doris Johnson both of Dunn and Carolyn Wood of Princeton; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other times at the home. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
