Mr. Harvey M. Petty, 93

WHITE OAK Mr. Harvey Manual Petty, 93, of 406 Rice Road, passed away Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009 at Elizabethtown Nursing Center. A private family graveside service will be held Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Garland Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday at White Oak Church of God of Prophecy. Mr. Petty is survived by: wife, Ellen Petty, of the home; two step-sons, Edwin Rice, of Elizabethtown and Jimmy Rice, of White Oak; two step-daughters, Gail King and Doris Moody, both of White Oak; sister, Ila Comau, of New York; two brothers, Luther Petty, of Grifton, NC and George Petty, of Rock Hill, SC; several nieces and nephews.
