Mr. Harvey L. Bullard, 72

FAYETTEVILLE Mr. Harvey Landon Bullard, 72 of 1910 Sloan Avenue, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2009 at his home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with Rev. Larry West officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Bullard was born in 1936 and was a native of Cumberland County. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Harvey L. and Ruth Hales Bullard; his wife, Vivian Bullard; two sisters, Mitt Cartrette and Wilma Gautier; and one brother, Benny Ray Bullard. He was owner and operator of Cape Fear Vending. Mr. Bullard is survived by: three daughters, Loretta Sweatt and husband Gene, of Fayetteville, Lisa Smith and husband Johnnie, of Fayetteville, and Annette Balint and husband Joey, of Fuquay-Varina; three sisters, Thelma Brown of Stedman, Reba Hollingsworth of Stedman, and Judy Blackwell of Columbus, N.C.; two brothers, Milton Bullard of Dunn, and Jethro Bullard of Roseboro; four grandchildren, Bradley Ison, Tyler Smith, Landon Balint, and Paige Balint; one great grandson, Chase Ison; and a Beloved Friend, Fran Braden. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, in Roseboro.
