Mr. Harry Bullard, 68 passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at his daughter’s home in Autryville.  Harry was battling Stage IV GI Cancer that had advanced to his bones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clementine & Aaron Bullard; brothers, Kenny Bullard & Pittman Bullard; and his longtime girlfriend, Phyllis Crisco.

Harry was a skilled laborer.  He worked construction all of his life.  Some of his skills were used in building UNC Hospital, Sharon Harris Nuclear Reactor Plant, and several dams across all of the Midwest USA.

He leaves behind his daughter, Rene Walker of Autryville; step daughter, Deanna Cox; grandchildren, Aaron & Johnathan Walker of Autryville, and Hannah Cox; brothers, Neil Bullard (Cathy) of Fayetteville and Roy Bullard (Mary) of Roseboro; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dearest friends.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Evergreen Baptist Church.  Funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at the church, officiating will be Rev. Tommy Honeycutt.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, or directly to the family.

The family would like to thank the community and friends and family for their support and prayers, as Harry battled cancer these last few months.
