Mr. Harold Wayne "Doody" Johnson, 63

Mr. Harold Wayne "Doody" Johnson, 63, of 128 Lucas Road, Roseboro, passed away Monday, Aug. 21, 2006 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006 at Butler Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the Parkersburg Cemetery. Mr. Johnson was a native of Sampson County, the son of the late Scott and Nora Peterson Johnson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Cameron and was a truck driver with the NC Dept. of Transportation before retiring. Mr. Johnson is survived by: daughter, Christy Yost, of Salemburg; son, Michael Johnson, of Roseboro; 10 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7 till 9 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
