Mr. Gregory G. Mclamb, 45

SALEMBURG Mr. Gregory Glenn McLamb, 45 of 253 Elbow Road, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Butler Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Honeycutt officiating. Mr. McLamb was born in 1963 in Annapolis, Maryland to the late Henry Ray and Norma Jean Anderson McLamb. He worked as a self-employed painter. Mr. McLamb is survived by: two sisters, Melissa Wade of Salemburg, and Kristie Matthews of Dunn; one brother, Terry Ray McLamb of Raleigh; two nephews, Mitch McLamb and Jacob Wade; and two nieces, Heather Matthews, and Taylor Matthews. Family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2 until 3 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, and other times at the home of his sister, 252 Chicken Lane, Salemburg. Services are entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, in Roseboro.
