Mr. Glenn Robert Thompson, 71 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Peter's Creek Baptist Church with the Reverend David Bays officiating.
Mr. Thompson was a native of Portage County, Ohio, the son of William Erwin and Freda Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Glenn Robert Thompson, II and John-Paul Thompson; and several siblings. He was an Army veteran and a truck driver.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sharon Thompson of the home; two sisters, Connie and Mary; brother, William A. Thompson.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, NC 28382.
