Mr. Glen Edward McKnight, III, 67 passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Duke Hospital in Durham.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Glen Edward McKnight, II and Kathryn McKnight.

He was a United States Marine veteran, who served in the Vietnam War. He retired with over 20 years of service as a route salesman with Merita.

He is survived by his wife Deborah McKnight; children, Calvin Kornegay, Jr. and Brandy Kornegay; grandchildren, Devon Kornegay, Brianna Fults, Camden Kornegay and Cadence Kornegay; brothers, Harold, David, Larry and Mark McKnight; and sister, Cindy McKnight.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Rev. Andy Wood. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
