Mrs. Gertrude G. Bryan, 88

ROSEBORO Mrs. Gertrude Gillette Bryan, 88 of 104 W. Clinton Street, died on Monday, September 17, 2007 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at Roseboro First Baptist Church at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Roger White officiating. Burial will follow in the Roseboro Cemetery. Mrs. Bryan was born in 1919 in Onslow County to the late Hurmus and Hattie Winberry Gillette. She was a retired Registered Nurse. Mrs. Bryan is survived by: her husband, Kenneth Bryan of the home; and one sister, Annie Gillette of Jacksonville. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 until 7 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, and other times at the home.
