FAYETTEVILLE Mr. Gerald Lee Davis, Sr. 44 of Fayetteville passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Wake Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman. Mr. Davis is survived by his mother, Ruth Furmage Chilcote of Autryville; his father, Larry Davis, Sr. of Fayetteville; son, Gerald Lee Davis, Jr. and wife, Bridgett of Fayetteville; a granddaughter, Brooke Davis; two brothers, Larry Davis, Jr. of Fayetteville and Adam Davis of Godwin; four sisters, Lisa Davis and Colleen Davis both of Stedman, Laura Davis of Chadbourn and Erin Davis of Fayetteville; one nephew, James Timothy Kelly, Jr.; two nieces, Kayla Dawn Bunce and Katie Grace Davis.
