AUTRYVILLE Mr. George Calvin Sullivan, Sr., 68 of 1739 Maxwell Road, Autryville, died on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. The funeral will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Butler Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Tyndall Family Cemetery in Clinton. Mr. Sullivan was born on August 14, 1944 in Wayne County to the late George Robert and Berta Lee Daniels Sullivan. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked as a Meat Inspector with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture. He is survived by: his wife, Maria Williams Sullivan of the home; three daughters, Shannon Leigh Sullivan of the home, Catherine Lee Sullivan of Alabama and Janice Barnett of Salemburg; three sons, George Calvin Sullivan, Jr. of Benson, Alvin Landon Sullivan of Dunn and Jeff Sullivan of Goldsboro; his step-daughter, Jennifer Sullivan of Goldsboro; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 to 1:45 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and other times at the home. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
