Mr. George Pedroe Smith, 75

ROSEBORO Mr. George Pedroe Smith, 75, of 507 W. Pinewood Street, Roseboro, died July 30, 2012 at Autumn Wind Nursing Home of Roseboro. The funeral will be held Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow in the Peter's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Smith was born on May 7, 1937 to the late Jesse and Lula Smith. He was a Saw Operator for Thomasville Furniture. He is survived by: his son, Gregory Smith of Salemburg, three sisters, Sallie Robinson of Clinton, LaRue Robinson of Lexington, and Carol Williams of Beaver Dam, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday at Pleasant Union Baptist Church one hour prior to the service. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
