George (G.R.) Rosdan Beal, Jr.

Mr. George Rosdan (G.R.) Beal, Jr., 81 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Hampton Faircloth officiating.

G.R. was a native of Sampson County, the son of George Rosdan Beal, Sr. and Oleta Williams Beal. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Archie Beal, Wallace Beal and Lathan Beal; and his grandson, Harrison Lambert.

G.R. was retired from Wheeler’s Alignment and Brake Service and he was a member of Honeycutt's Request Primitive Baptist Church

He leaves to cherish his memory of wife, Faye Beal of the home; two daughters, Lana Kay Williams and husband, Timothy of Roseboro; and Karen Joyner and husband, Travis of Autryville; two grandchildren, Ashton Lambert and Mallory Lambert; his sister, Iris Barefoot of Greensboro; and two sister-in-law’s, June Beal of Salemburg; and Connie Beal of Salemburg.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice for the love, care and support given to their family.
