Mr. George G. Brock, 56

ROSEBORO Mr. George Gilbert Brock, 56 of 201 Bud Spell Lane, died on Thursday July 5, 2007 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. Funeral services will be held on Sunday July 8, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Jeff Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Brock was born in 1951 in Sampson County to the late Mallard and Mildred Carlisle Brock. He worked as an employee in the Oil Industry. Mr. Brock is survived by: two daughters, Nickie Brock of Roseboro, and Melissa Drake of Autryville; one step-daughter, Crissy Hales of Autryville; three sisters, Bernice Spell of Roseboro, Faye Key of Clinton, and Helen Barber of Clinton; one brother, Gary Brock of Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Brittany Brock, Payton Sessoms, and Jamie Drake; and three step-grandchildren, Alex Underhill, Jacob Underhill, and James Smith. Family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, and other times at the home.
