SUMMERVILLE, SC Mr. George Bradley Beasley, 64, of 119 Netherfield Drive, formerly of Fayetteville, died on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Whiteville. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church in Garland, NC with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Beasley was born in Cumberland County, NC to the late George Colon Beasley. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Amanda Beasley-Tamer. Mr. Beasley worked in management with Golden Corral Restaurants. Mr. Beasley is survived by: son, Jonathan Andrew Beasley and wife Dr. Georgia Beasley, of Durham, NC; grandchild, Reid Andrew Beasley; mother, Mary Beasley, of Shelby, NC; brother, Larry C. Beasley and wife Mary, of Shelby, NC; sister, Nicole Lee Nettles, of Summerville, SC. The family will receive friends on Saturday night from 6 till 8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
