Gatlan Kage Thompson, 21 passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025.

A Celebration of Gatlan’s Life will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Fayetteville Community Church, officiating will be Pastor Wesley Pritchard and Pastor Fon Dockery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM Sunday at the church prior to the service.

Gatlan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Tommy Foltz, Sr. and Linda Strickland.

He loved the beach, wrestling, dancing, fishing and hanging out with his family and friends. Gatlan will truly be missed by everyone who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Josh Thompson & wife, Jennifer of Fayetteville; mother, Keeley Foltz & husband, Steven Bristol of Fayetteville; siblings, Ethan Bristol, Blayden Thompson, Nadia Thompson, Ashlin Burgess and Malani Bristol; grandparents, Ralph and Diane Brewington, and Vaden Strickland; several aunts, and uncles; and many friends.
