Mr. Fred Thomas "Fred" Herring,, 67 Jr.

AUTRYVILLE Mr. Fred Thomas "Tom" Herring, Jr., 67, of 8414 Mink Lane, passed away Friday at his home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman with Bishop Milton D. Herring officiating. Burial will follow in the Herring Family Cemetery. Mr. Herring was born in Cumberland County to the late Fred Thomas Herring and Myrtle Atkins Herring. He was a Navy Veteran and was the owner and operator of Oak Hill Farms. Mr. Herring is survived by: wife, Linda Herring, of the homel; five daughters, Dawn M. Herring and Carol Ann Herring, both of Fayetteville, Judy H. Sponaugle and husband, Jeff, of Autryville, Glenda H. Kaufmann and husband, George of Fayetteville and Freida T. "Tina" Johnson, of Wolcott, Indiana; two sons, Fred T. "Tommy" Herring, III., of Clinton and Brian Herring and wife Deidra, of Autryville; brother, Bishop Milton D. Herring, of Somerset, PA; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family will recieve friends Wednesday night from 6 till 8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
