ROSEBORO Mrs. Frankie Cooper Hall, 76 of 6029 Minnie-Hall Road, died on Monday, January 24, 2011 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Clement Baptist Church with Dr. James Dees, Jr. and Rev. Randy Barker officiating. Burial will follow at the Salemburg Cemetery. Mrs. Hall was born on June 18, 1934 in Sampson County to the late Eugene M. and Mittie Warren Cooper. She was a homemaker. She is survived by: her husband, Dolan C. Hall of the home; one son, Garret Allen Hall and wife, Hilda of Roseboro; two grandsons and four great grandsons. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other times at the home. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
