Mrs. Frances Ella (Snipes) Turner, 85 went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Autumn Care of Raeford.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
Frances was born in Cumberland County to the late, W.L. Snipes and Fannie Mae Carmon Snipes. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, Carmon Snipes.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Charles D. Turner; brother and sister-in-law, George and Diane Turner.
