STEDMAN
Mr. Floyd Addison Cain, 86 of 7760 Clinton Road, died on Friday, March 12, 2010 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Stedman Baptist Church with Dr. Philip Spears officiating. Burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
Mr. Cain was born on June 22, 1923 in Sampson County to the late Addison and Snowdie Faircloth Cain. He is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Horne Cain. He was a retired Supervisor with Coca Cola at Ft. Bragg with 42 years of service.
Mr. Cain is survived by: two daughters, Becky Holmes of Stedman, and Betty Carter and husband, Paul of Fayetteville; one sister, Daisy Blake of Stedman; three grandchildren, Lori Hlavacek and husband, Jim of Fayetteville, Valerie Bradley and husband, Scott of Fayetteville, and Bryan Carter and Cindy of Fayetteville; seven great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Skylar, Colton, Garrett, Christopher, Corey and Hannah; and his special care giver, Faye Kuhn.
The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
