AUTRYVILLE Mrs. Evelyn Eloise Lee Hilburn, 66 of 301 E. Old Stage Road, Autryville, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. The funeral will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman. Burial will follow at the Ray Cemetery in Autryville. Mrs. Hilburn was born on April 15, 1948 in Cumberland County to the late Albert and Ruby Britt Lee. She is preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren, Brooke Benson and Madalyn Ray; four brothers, Johnny, Skeeter, Curtis and Donald; and one sister, Faye Ellis. She was a homemaker who loved everyone but cherished her grandchildren dearly. She is survived by her husband, Franklin Hilburn of the home; son, Keith Hilburn and Angela of Fayetteville; daughters, Mary Hilburn Ely and Todd Tyndall of Clinton, Jennifer Ray and husband Billy of Autryville, Amanda Shaw and husband Brian of Autryville, April Hilburn Faircloth and William Sykes of Autryville, Ashley Hilburn and Bradley Williams of Salemburg; brother, Roger Lee of Spring Lake; sisters, Joan Strickland of Hope Mills, Mary Ann Hodges of Parkton, Sylvia Faircloth of Hope Mills, Aleta Beard of Eastover; grandchildren, Candace Sessoms, Brianna Ely, Morgan Tyndall, Josh Benson, Justin Sessoms, Amber Ray, Alexis Faircloth, Mackenzie Hilburn, Nicholas Shaw, Abby Williams, Maicah Tyndall, Sydnei Ray, Hank Williams. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Monday evening at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman, and other times at the home.
