Mr. Eugene Jens Christianson, 77

Died at his residence of 201 Church St. Salemburg, N.C, he was 77 years old. Mr. Christianson was a Native of White, South Dakota. He worked as a Pipe Welder for many years. Mr. Christianson is survived by his wife Virginia Christianson of the home and his daughter Carolyn C. Tanner of Clement, N.C. and his sons Duke Christians of Salemburg, N.C and Allan (Sonny) Christianson of Newton Grove, N.C and his sister Margie Rorick of Apple Valley, California seven grandchildren six great-grandchildren. Mr. Christianson was preceded in death by his parents Alden Curtis Christianson and Mae Elizabeth Sorsen and his son Richard Christianson. Family will recieve friends Tuesday,July 11, 2006, from 7-9 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, N.C. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, July, 12, 2006 at 2 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home. The Rev. Andy Wood officating. Burial will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, in Salemburg, N.C. after the service.
