Mrs. Ellise Autry Bunce, 89

STEDMAN

Mrs. Ellise Autry Bunce, 89 of Stedman, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Bethesda Healthcare in Eastover.

The funeral will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Bethany Church of God of Prophecy, 7350 Maxwell Road, Stedman, with Reverend Jeff Burkhardt, Reverend Eddie Williams and Reverend Keith Hardee officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Bunce was born September 10, 1926 in Sampson County and is preceded in death by her parents, Lattie and Della Stewart Autry; husband, Eldon Bunce and son, Verlyn Bunce. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Virgil Bunce; four granddaughters, Michelle Williams, Marsha Brenes, Melissa Hardee, Melanie Carter; one grandson, Kevin Bunce; ten great grandchildren; three sisters, Avis Autry, Della Faye Tew, Margie Strickland; and one brother, Sidney Autry.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, January 1, 2016 at Bethany Church of God of Prophecy and other times at 6411 Willow Oakes Drive, Stedman.
