Mrs. Ellen Marie Anders LeMaster, 94 of Roseboro went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 19, 2024 surrounded by her family at the Gardens of Roseboro.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. John Taylor Brantley, Dr. David Bays and Rev. Mike Shook officiating.  She will be laid to rest with her husband, Beecher, at Ft. Liberty (Bragg) Main Post Cemetery at a later time.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday, February 23, 2024 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and at other times at the home of Margie and Sam Hosking.

Mrs. LeMaster was born on October 1, 1929 in Harnett County, the daughter of Bernice and Annie Johnson Anders.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Beecher LeMaster; son, David LeMaster; great- grandson, Chantry Sanders and siblings, Bryant Anders (Irene), Mary Lou Thigpen (Clayton), Addie “Doll” Thorton (Elston), Allie Anders, Jeff Anders (Monica Lee), JP Anders, Ellis Anders (Mildred) and Jarvis Anders(Shirley).

She leaves behind her three girls, Marjorie Lynn Hosking (Sam), Nore Brantley and Laurie LeMaster; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and one great- great  grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Missions Fund or the Building Fund at Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 4693 Beaver Dam Church Road, Roseboro, NC  28382.
