Mrs. Ella Renee` Rupert, 54 passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 1481 Fleet Cooper Road, Roseboro, officiating will be Pastor John Hobbs. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Friday, March 16, 2018 at the funeral home.

She is preceded in death by her father, Guy Oliver Hoy; brothers, Hank Hoy & Keith Barker; sister, Barbara Stewart and nephew, Randy Stewart.

Renee` was a member of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church for over 12 years. She was in the choir, bible study class and was a member of the Florence Royal adult ladies Sunday school class.

She is survived by her husband, Buddy Lee Rupert; sons, Brandon Lee Rupert & wife, Jamie and Bryan Rupert & girlfriend, Jackie Key; mother, Peggy Hoy; grandchildren, Hayley Marie Rupert, Matthew Lee Rupert, Karmen Renee Rupert, Kayden Faith Rupert, Braylon Lee Rupert and one on the way; and sisters, Cindy Miller & husband, David and Debbie Malonson.
