Ms. Ella Ruth Bullard Bugbee, 79

FAYETTEVILLE

Ms. Ella Ruth Bullard Bugbee, 79 of 2112 Quailridge Drive, Fayetteville, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, February 21, at Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 4693 Beaver Dam Road, Roseboro, with Reverend Michael Shook officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Ms. Bugbee was born June 5, 1936 in Cumberland County and is preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Alta Faircloth Bullard; one son, Keith Williams and sisters, Ernie Lee, Louise Livingston & Esther Bass. She worked as a Technician with Black and Decker.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Seymour of Hope Mills; son, Robert Williams of Fayetteville; brother, Charles Bullard of Eastover; sister, Mickie Daniels of Fayetteville; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

The visitation will be held from 2:00 to 2:45 pm Sunday, February 21, prior to the service, and other times at the home.
