AUTRYVILLE Mrs. Elizabeth Williams "Tootsie" Briza, 80 of 229 N. Cooper Street, Autryville, died on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Southwood Nursing and Retirement Center in Clinton. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. Burial will follow at the Autryville Cemetery. Mrs. Briza was born on May 14, 1932 in Sampson County to the late Ernest and Mattie Williams. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alfred Martin Briza; four brothers and one sister. She was a homemaker. She is survived by: four children, Albert Martin Briza of Roseboro, Charles Anthony Briza, Lisa Briza Howell and Edward Lee Briza all of Autryville; eight grandchildren, Misty, Charles, Martin, Ashley, Eddie, Brooke, Mattie and Tristan; and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and other times at the home of her son, 8123 Beaver Dam Road, Autryville.
