Ms. Elizabeth Ann Harper, 67 of 106 McPhail Road, Roseboro, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 13, at Praise Fellowship Church of God, 510 Adam Street, Fayetteville, with Pastor Richard Williford officiating.

Ms. Harper was born April 27, 1948 in Sampson County and is preceded in death by her parents; William Meekins and Mary Elizabeth Bordeaux Strickland; one sister, Mary Alice Strickland; and one brother, Charles Ennis Strickland. She worked as a C.N.A. with Sampson Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her children, Pam Singley of Roseboro, Reginald Harper of Garland; step-children, Duane, Mike, Terri, Becky; one sister, Carol Russell of Lillington; one brother, W.M. Strickland of Wilmington; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
