Mrs. Elizabeth Maxwell, 68

Mrs. Elizabeth McLelland "Betty Jo" Maxwell, 68, of 10651 Ruth Vinson Road, Autryville, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2006 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 3:00 PM at Evergreen Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger White, Rev. Jerry Fisher, Rev. Tommy Honeycutt and Rev. Odell Peterson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Maxwell is survived by: mother, Grace McLelland, of Cerro Gordo; three sons, Robert Maxwell of Fayetteville, Tracy Maxwell and Robert Johnson, both of Beaver Dam; three daughters, Julia Gibson and Linda Sanderson, both of Fayetteville and Denise Jones, of Beaver Dam; three sisters, Linda Floyd, of Riegalwood, Mary Nance, of Cerro Gordo and Sue Turner, of Whiteville; brother, Joel McLelland, Jr., of Cerro Gordo; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The family will recieve friends Tuesday night from 7 till 9 PM at Butler Funeral Home, Stedman.
