Roseboro Mr. Edward W. "E.W." Williams, Jr., 66, of 8178 Dunn Road, died on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2008 at 3:00 pm at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with the Rev. W.O. Reiber and Rev. Fred Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Robert's Grove Original Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Williams was born in 1941 in Sampson County to the late Edward W. and Lola Mae Tew Williams. He was a retired Truck Driver. Mr. Williams is survived by: wife, Ellen Williams, of the home; three sons, Jeff Williams, of Clinton, Donald Wayne Williams, of White Oak and Timothy Williams, of Newton Grove; sister, Sybil Knowles, of Roseboro; and two grandchildren. Family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. Services are entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
