Ms. Edna Horne Honeycutt, 83 passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.

Funeral service will be held at 12:30pm Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Pastor Tommy Honeycutt and Pastor Michael Lambert.  Burial will follow at George Horne Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:30am to 12:30pm Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.

She was born in Sampson County to the late, Ashford Horne and Pearl Carter Horne.  She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria Denise Huffman;grandson, Nathan Ray Huffman; and siblings, Margaret Phillips, Buck Horne, William Henry Horne, David Horne, Carolyn Fisher and Vicky Horne.

She is survived by her children, Murray Johnson and Shelia White & husband, James; grandchildren, James Lee White, Cameron White & wife, Torrie, Ashley Johnson & husband, Ken Page, Chad Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Belinda Lambert & husband, Michael and Floyd Huffman & wife, Julie; great-grandchildren, Izzabella Page, Paul Page, Jaxson White, Cameron White, Jr., Bryson White, James Lee "Sito" White, Jr., Nathan Allen Huffman and Zachary Cole Huffman; brother, Ray Horne & wife, Linda; sisters, Mary Hall, Ellen Smith & husband, Ronald, Helen Freeman & husband, W K and Vivian Hendricks & husband, Stan; and son-in-law, Randy Rhodes.

Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home of Stedman.
