Mr. Earl C. Tanner, 60

AUTRYVILLE Mr. Earl Clayton Tanner, 60, of 650 Dewitt Williams Road, passed away Monday, May 14, 2007 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Bishop Warren Barfield and Rev. Bob Compton officiating. Burial will follow at Roseboro Cemetery. Mr. Tanner was a native of Sampson County, the son of the late Eugene B. and Eula Jane Faircloth Tanner. He was an Army Veteran and was a former co-owner of Cashwell Refrigeration Services in Fayetteville and was preceded in death by a sister, Shelby Jean Hall. Mr. Tanner is survived by: wife, Brenda S. Tanner, of the home; three sons, Kevin Tanner, of Autryville, Shannon Tanner, of Garland and Brian Tanner, of the home; brother, Larry Tanner, of Autryville; three grandchildren, Donnie Hall, Kacey Tanner and Kayleigh Tanner. The family will recieve friend Tuesday, May 15, 2007 from 6 till 8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. Services are entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
