Mr. Earl W. Hair, 58

STEDMAN Mr. Earl Wade Hair, 58 of 6283 Hwy. 210 S., died on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at the Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center in Fayetteville. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stedman Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Donald Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with full military honors. Mr. Hair was born on September 25, 1951 and was a native of Cumberland County. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Sidney and Marie Faircloth Hair; one sister, Mavis Hair; and one brother, Marcus Hair. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having retired after twenty years of service. He worked as a Chemical Operator with Dupont Teijin Films at Cedar Creek. Mr. Hair is survived by: his wife, Sue Smith Hair of the home; one daughter, Brittney Hair of the home; two sons, Petty Officer Brandon Hair of Japan, and Daniel Hair of the home; two sisters, Ann Bullard of Stedman, and Loretta Cloer of Cedar Creek; and two brothers, Wayne Hair of Stedman, and Weldon Hair of Florida. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7 to 9 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman, and other times at the home. Arrangements by Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman.
