Mrs. Dossie Mclamb Royal, 85

ROSEBORO Mrs. Dossie McLamb Royal, 85 of 195 Tom Cat Lane, died Monday January 8, 2007 at Southwood Nursing Center in Clinton. Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 11, 2007 3 P.M. at Calvary Tabernacle P.F.W.B. Church with the Rev. Larry Smith, Rev. Ivan Byrd, and Rev. Chris Jemison officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Royal was born in 1921 to the late Theadie McLamb and Clida Tew. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Royal is survived by: one daughter, Celestine White of Roseboro; one son, Allen Royal of Roseboro; two sisters, Delorus Royal of Salemburg, and Evelyn Spell of Salemburg; one brother, J.K. McLamb of Roseboro; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one step-grandchild. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 until 9 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other time at the home of Larry and Celestine White, 117 Tom Cat Lane, Roseboro.
