Mrs. Dorothy Harrell, 70 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Wesley Pritchard. Burial will follow in Fisher Cemetery.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Whitey Johnson and Carrie Sanders Johnson; siblings, Marylee Garris and Becky Nickse; and brother-in-law, Doug Nickse.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Steve Harrell; daughters, Dana Harrell, Tonya Willaford & husband, Kyle and Samantha Jacobs & husband, Brian; grandchildren, Hayden, Dawson, Andro, Chase, Kayleigh, Jurnee, and Shelby Lynn; siblings, Linda Lebahn & husband, Tim, Rachel Gilmore & husband, Charlie, Nancy Leonardo and Leroy Boyer.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman, NC 28391.
