Mrs. Doris Lee Hunt Brewington, 77 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at UNC Rex Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Grandview Memorial Park with the Reverend Greg Smith officiating.

Mrs. Brewington was native of Sampson County, the daughter of Junie Chesley and Katherine Goodman Hunt. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Arthur Junior Hunt and Ricky Wayne Hunt; and two sisters, Judy Carolyn Hunt and Tresa Rose Hunt.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Kyle Brewington of the home; three children, Annette Brewington of Clinton; Susan Brewington and fiance, Michael Stewart of Clinton; and Kyle Steven Brewington of Greenville; granddaughter, Marilyn Sessoms and husband, Allen of Clinton; great-granddaughter, Skylar Sessoms of Clinton; sister, Sylvia Matthews of Wade; and her brother, Glenn Hunt and wife, Carolyn of Godwin.
