Mr. Donald F. Rosser,, 84 Sr.

Fayetteville Mr. Donald Frederick Rosser, Sr., 84, of 1500 Cedar Creek Road, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at his home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Culbreth Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gregg McGarvey and Rev. Keith Nanney officiating. Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park. Mr. Rosser was the son of the late James Kelly Rosser and Lou Kinlaw Rosser. He was the former president of Cape Fear Farm Credit, a member of the Cumberland County Agricultural Hall of Fame and a member of Culbreth Memorial United Methodist Church. Mr. Rosser is survived by: two sons, Donnie Rosser and wife Cherie and Kelly Rosser and wife Sandy, all of Fayetteville; daughter, Robin Odom and husband Glenn, of Fayetteville; brother, James K. Rosser, of Fayetteville; sister, Jane Warfel, of Fayetteville; five grandchildren and his caregiver, Debbie Ross, of Snow Camp. The family will receive friends on Wednesday night from 6 till 8 pm at Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman.
