ROSEBORO
Mr. Donald Ray Kelly, 73 of 364 Faircloth Road, Roseboro, died on Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Rev. Bobby Herring officiating. Burial will follow at Roseboro Cemetery.
Mr. Kelly was born on July 31, 1938 in Durham County to the late Clyde and Mavis Mason Kelly. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked as a Salesman with Boren Brick Company in Roseboro.
He is survived by: his wife, June "Beth" Kelly of the home; one daughter, Donna Kelly Folsom of Fayetteville; three sisters, Pat Early of Greensboro, Nancy Creech and Becky Turner both of S. Myrtle Beach, SC; three grandchildren, Jessica House and Jamison Caulder both of Roseboro, and Douglas Folsom of Fayetteville; one step-grandson, Phillip Folsom of Fayetteville; and two great grandchildren, Madison and Ashton.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and other times at the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Roseboro Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 891, Roseboro, N.C. 28382.
