Mr. Donald J. Evans,, 37 Jr.

ELIZABETHTOWN Mr. Donald Jackson Evans, Jr., 37 of 675 Cain Loop Road, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Briar Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Smith and Rev. Clayborne Faircloth officiating. Mr. Evans was born in 1972 and was a native of Sampson County. He was self-employed. Mr. Evans is survived by: his mother and step-father, Deborah McMillan and Randy Glenn Watkins of Ammon; his paternal grandmother, Lovedy Evans of Elizabethtown; and maternal grandparents, Fannie Mae and James Rudell McMillan of Ammon. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, Roseboro, and other times at the home. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
