STEDMAN Mrs. Della Lee Floyd Hancock, 80 of 6600 Amadoris Drive, died on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at her home. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Randal Strickland officiating. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at LaFayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville. Mrs. Hancock was born on October 26, 1930 in Clarendon County, South Carolina. She is preceded in death by her parents, B.A. and Etta Coker Floyd; one son, Ken Hancock, Jr.; one brother, Ben Floyd; and one sister, Barnell Richardson. She was a homemaker. She is survived by: her husband, K.E. Hancock of the home; her daughter, June H. Strickland and husband, Rev. Randal of Autryville; one son, J. David Hancock and wife, Lisa of McDonough, GA; a daughter-in-law, Donna Hancock Richardson of Stedman; two sisters, Ivene Weaver of Sumter, SC, and Joan Floyd of Kingstree, SC; two brothers, Dr. J. Chester Floyd of Lexington, SC, and Dr. Billy Floyd of Columbia, SC; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 6:30 P.M. at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church, 432 Hillsboro Street, Stedman; and other times at the home.
