Mr. David Lee Evans, 50 of Roseboro passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 27 at Butler Funeral Home with Pastor C. J. Williams officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.

Mr. Evans was a native of Mt. Holly, New Jersey, the son of the late Ernest Sidney and Gloria Jean Harris Evans.  He was a security officer.

He is survived by his wife, Angela J. Evans of the home; four children, Amanda Tennyson (Josiah) of Wallace, William Bullard of Roseboro, Michael Evans of Roseboro and Corey Evans of Roseboro; three brothers, Ernie Evans (Sue) of Carolina Beach, Stacy Evans of Roseboro and Mark Evans (Nancy) of Douglasville, GA; three grandchildren.
