He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ret. Lt. Col. William David Dowd & Patsy Dowd; and maternal grandmother, Pauline Williams Faircloth.
He is survived by his parents, William Stephen Dowd & Deborah Faircloth Dowd; sister, Stephanie Dowd McDougald & husband, Kenny; 2 nephews, Nathan & Trey McDougald; maternal grandfather, Junius Ivey Faircloth and numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be private.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
