FAYETTEVILLE Mr. David Jefferson Canady, 57, of 1561 Old Vander Road died Saturday, February 16, 2013. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at 2:00P.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Canady was born on January 4, 1956, in Cumberland County to the late John and Dorothea Everette Canady. He is survived by: one brother, Roger Canady of Fayetteville; two sisters, Joyce Carter and Juanita Smith both of Fayetteville and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman. Services entrusted by Butler Funeral Home 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman.
